Chun Lan Yang and Straightline International Open the Door to Chinese Market

A recent hire - Chunlan Yang - by Straightline International (Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands) has opened the gateway for USA based pre-employment screening companies wanting to do business in China. 

With more and more outside hiring of Chinese Nationals in the US there was a need for a system similar to the USA's for background checks.  Recently, China  implemented transparent court Websites that enabled a court researcher the means to access Chinese civil and criminal court records.

That being the case, the only thing lacking then was a Chinese speaker proficient in English and more importantly someone who understood the process of obtaining court  records from the judiciaries.

Enter Straightline International and Steven Brownstein. The background check industry couldn't have imagined a better mix than to have Steven Brownstein, one of the "Godfathers" of background screening, bringing on board a Chinese speaker trained in court record research. Chunlan Yang filled the gap that American companies were yearning for. 

Ms. Yang of Taizhou, China has definitely become an asset for the entire industry.

Kudos to Straightline International, Steven Brownstein, and good luck to Ms. Chunlan Yang in her new venture into American pre-employment screening.
