Fake Philippines NBI Certificates and USA Background Check Companies

The Background Investigator has been informed that there are a slew of fake background checks with false Philippines NBI Clearance Certificates being presented to USA pre-employment screening companies.

These fake documents are being circulated by local Philippine companies claiming they do background checks as well as India based background check companies that claimto have "teams" in the Philippines.
