HireRight Appoints New Chief Operations Officer
HireRight is pleased to announce the appointment of Dennis Thomas as Chief Operations Officer.
Mr. Thomas joins HireRight from EXLService, where he served as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Healthcare Operations. In his role as HireRight’s Chief Operations Officer, he will advance global growth efforts, focus on optimizing productivity, and prioritize a strong work culture that embodies the organization’s service-first mindset to deliver leading customer solutions.
"Dennis brings with him a distinguished career as an operations leader, driving forward growth through integrating advanced technologies and transformative strategies," said Guy Abramo, Chief Executive Officer of HireRight.
In his role at EXLService, he managed over 3,000 employees globally and accomplished year-over-year revenue growth. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President, Total Retirement Solutions for Prudential Financial and Vice President, Client Executive at EXLService.

Dennis earned his bachelor’s degree at St. Stephens College in New Delhi, India, and completed the Executive Program for Business Management at the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, India.
