Effective July 1, 2026, Berg Consulting Group entered an exciting new chapter as we expand our focus and further strengthen the services we provide to the background screening industry.
As part of this evolution, Evan Zatt has been appointed Director of Mergers & Acquisitions. Having led a majority of the firm's M&A engagements over the past decade, Evan will now focus exclusively on advising business owners, private equity firms, venture capital investors, and strategic acquirers on acquisitions, business sales, and valuation services.
Bruce Berg will continue to serve as President of Berg Consulting Group while also acting as a strategic advisor to the firm's M&A practice. Bruce will dedicate more of his time to consulting engagements, helping organizations improve operational performance, drive growth, optimize cost of goods sold (COGS), and strengthen their sales and marketing strategies. As one of the background screening industry's most respected advisors, Bruce's expertise will remain a cornerstone of the firm's success.
