It was rather eerie to see the Skokie, Illinois Courthouse closed as it is one of Chicago's busiest.
Tuesday's storm dumped 22" of snow in the Skokie area.
Many people were surprised when they arrived there to find it closed.
There was no press notification to alert the public to the closing.![]()
